The physical zines have arrived safely, and they look incredible!

Mixam truly did a wonderful job of putting these together, so give them a hand. We cannot wait until these beauties make it to you.

Now that we've received the zines and we have all the shipping supplies at the ready, we will be starting Phase One of shipping. If you live in the US, you will be receiving an email TODAY (CHECK YOUR SPAM!) with all the information you need, but we're going to summarize it here to make sure everyone stays in the loop.

US (Domestic) recipients will be paying shipping costs for their zines, at a rate of $3.92 per package with USPS Media Mail (whether you got 1 zine or 3, the rate is the same). Now, in our previous posts we had discussed potentially covering US shipping entirely. After we were given some international shipping quotes, as well as listened to some feedback from a few international recipients, the mod team got together and discussed pivoting our plan to providing aid to international recipients. Some countries' shipping costs could be up to 5x higher than the US rates, and not everyone who ordered overseas would be able to pay those rates - financial situations change, etc. We are still going through with allowing international recipients to pay for their shipping in full if they choose, but we will be allotting some of our funds to helping those who can't afford it. We also need to collect the international recipients' addresses differently than how Phase One is going to go, because without knowing the addresses we cannot get fully accurate shipping costs (also need to fill out customs forms). As promised, Community Fund members will still be fully covered, US and International.

How will you be paying for shipping? We have set up a separate itch.io campaign solely to collect shipping costs - the link and info is in your email, if you do not get an email by the end of today and you think you should have, email us at worshipfanzine@gmail.com. We turned off itch.io fees so that money will be going directly to covering those shipping costs. Filling out your form/paying sooner does not guarantee you will be getting yours sooner, as we will be printing all our shipping labels out in batches and shipping those batches together. When your zine(s) ship, you will be notified! We are anticipating starting to ship late September - the mod team will be on hiatus for the next two weeks (we'll still be checking email!)

International and Community Fund recipients, we are finalizing our info form for you and we will keep you updated on the next steps!
