Hello everyone! Thank you all for your patience as we work through the semantics of shipping --and more fun zine-related things that we can't talk about right now ;) 

As of Oct 10, we sent out ~50% of our USA zines! If you ordered a physical zine and have not replied to our email, please check your spam folder/inbox and get back to us so we can get yours out. Another batch should be going out between by the end of the month, and we will do rolling batches as we receive your forms.

A note: we were made aware of an email duplicate error that has affected a small group of people, particularly those who filled out the shipping form in the last month. If you get an email saying we hadn't heard from you yet, even if you already filled the form out/paid for shipping, just send us an email and we'll double check to make sure you're in the system.

We are now opening the shipping form for International and Community Fund members! Please keep an eye on your email inbox and Spam folder for the link to fill out the form - it's scheduled to send on October 26.

In our previous Devlog, we touched on how this form would differ from the USA form, but we'll reiterate it here and give some more detail.

• For International recipients: you will give us your address first so that we can get the most accurate quote from the post office, and so we can fill out your Customs form. Once we receive your form, we will contact you directly to give you your quote. At this point, you will either be able to click through and pay for your shipping, OR email us back and let us know you need payment assistance. Australian recipients will get priority for the payment assistance, but for everyone else it is first come, first serve until we run out of funding. Whatever is left at the end of this campaign goes right to our charity the Crisis Text Line, so if you do pay for your own shipping in full, that just means more money will go to charity at the end of this :)
  
• For Community Fund members: you'll fill out your address, and it will magically arrive at your door soon - no payment needed! We will contact you if we run into any issues or have follow-up address/etc questions, and you will receive an email when your zine is on its way.
